Henderson Recreation Centre serves as a social, recreational and fitness community hub for patrons of all ages and demographics. The centre is home to a full gymnasium, Weightroom, recreation rooms and a large park area.

Our mission at Heritage Mountain Daycare is to grow lifelong learners and confident caring individuals. This is accomplished by providing each child with a wide range of open ended experiences. These experiences encourage the children to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively to become lifelong learners. The children are loved, cared for, and nurtured to help them become confident caring individuals.

In addition to my years of experience I have taken a large number of courses through the years put on by various professional organizations. Many of these courses are credits from the Early Childhood Education programs. Programs such as nutrition, child development (physical and psychological), dealing with difficult children and nutrition plus many more.

We are accepting applications for 2025/26. In order to enroll, your child must turn 3 years old by December 2025.

Our aim is to provide quality care for school-age children in a safe, happy and relaxed environment. The children will be encouraged to master the art of creative intelligence through play and by interaction share the experience of having fun.
